We’re a thriving community of women fostering personal and professional growth in a vibrant, supportive environment. At the intersection of creativity and community, our Rise & Shine workshops are created to cultivate curiosity that sparks self-reflection, inspires new ideas, and deepens connections.
Our interactive and thought-provoking sessions bring together growth-minded women from all walks of life, from entrepreneurs and early career professionals to mothers and retirees. This thriving community of women will help north Texas shine brighter.
These monthly events focus on topics women of all ages care about. Uplifting experiences, lively tabletop discussions and door prizes assure that you will leave each session with new friends, new ideas, and new swag. Stay tuned for this season’s workshop dates.

Calling all community builders, book lovers, and natural connectors! As a Shine Captain, you’ll lead a small group of women through monthly conversations that inspire, empower, and build lasting friendships. Think: team names, table mascots, festive themes—it’s community-building with a splash of celebration.
You’ll love this role if you:
- Enjoy facilitating meaningful conversations
- Thrive on planning gatherings and bringing people together
- Love cheering others on and building belonging
- Want to grow as a leader and make a lasting impact

Time Commitment: Approximately 5 hours/month
Location: The Vine, Grapevine
Meetings: One Thursday/month, 9:00–10:30 AM
